Partial payments, overdue invoices and reminders to the customer take care of themselves, monthly invoices can be issued automatically, and if you use SmartBill, Oblio, FGO, Xero, Zoho Books or Odoo, the invoice is issued straight there.
Your company data, kept safe
Servers are in Germany, with daily backups and two-step sign-in. The administrator chooses what each employee sees — all customers, only their own or their team's — and who may export or delete, and the company log shows who changed what. A full export of your data is always one click away.

How much does it cost?
From €19 per month for the whole company, with 3 users, or less when billed quarterly or yearly. The Business plan, for 10 users, costs €49 per month. Prices are public on the pricing page.
Do we need to install anything?
No. The CRM runs in the browser, and on a phone it installs as an app straight from the browser, with notifications.
What happens after the 30 days?
You pick a plan and pay by card or PayPal. If you do not continue, the account becomes read-only and you can export your data at any time.
Can we try it without a card?
Yes: 30 days on the full plan, with no card and no commitment. You can load sample data to see the CRM filled in before you bring your customers.
Do we need a specialist to set it up?
No. The getting-started guide on the dashboard shows the steps, and the help center has an article for every feature in English, Romanian and Russian. If you like, we do the first import for you.
